Over the years, she has served as a Quality Leader, coaching her team to provide the final guest experience and providing her team the opportunity to steadily improve the service level to the guests.
Mary Wiesen started her hospitality career with the resort July 1997 after working many years as a dental assistant. Guest steadily write letters commending Mary for her amazing service. She gives her heart and soul to her job each day regularly providing a quality experience for the guests. Mary really makes guests feel a bit like they're in their own home. Kathryn Fleming joined the resort in June 2009 as a Concierge after spending many years as a pharmaceutical marketing rep. In Sep 2010, she was promoted to Club Concierge.
Kathryn enjoys being on Club and providing guests with more one on one, customized concierge services.
